Work for us

At Tommy’s we are all working hard to achieve our mission to save babies’ lives.

We have a high-performing, ambitious and passionate team and pride ourselves on our high levels of employee satisfaction and retention (measured in our annual People Poll). Read more about the reasons to work for us, then take a look at the current jobs at Tommy's.

We're inclusive

We know how important it is to recognise and value differences in our employee team. That’s how we can build a passionate, effective workforce who are all driving together to meet our vision to halve the number of babies who die during pregnancy and birth by 2030.

We embrace and harnesses the talents, skills, and experiences of everyone who wants to help us in our mission to make pregnancy and birth safer for all. We are determined to be an organisation that truly values what all people can contribute to our cause and are passionate about helping everyone who needs our advice and support.

We treat our people well

We are committed to making our organisation a place where everyone is treated fairly, has the same opportunities, is supported to achieve their very best and feels welcome, included and part of our team.

We listen to our people

We strive to create an inclusive culture where people feel valued, involved, and appreciated, with a sense of belonging. We aspire to achieve this by learning from peoples' lived experience, listening to their views, adjusting how we interact with our staff and reviewing processes, training and policies to ensure they align with our goal of being a diverse and inclusive employer.

We have an annual People Poll to give our employees a chance to feedback and work with us to constantly improve Tommy’s.

We have great benefits

We know how hard our people work, so it's important to recognise and reward this. Our benefits encourage a healthy work-life balance and happy working culture, alongside the support you need to progress and plan for the future.
