Tommy's Pregnancy and Parenting at Work training helps workplaces to support their employees through any pregnancy journey, from planning and parenting to complications and losses. 

Thanks for government funding, our award-winning programme is now available for free for businesses with less than 250 employees until March 2025. 

If you are an employee of an organisation with less than 250 employees, you can anonymously sign your workplace up for free. We will contact your workplace on your behalf to set up their membership. You can find more details on how to do this below.

Expert-led training and resources 

As an employer, your managers are likely to have a range of experience and knowledge when it comes to managing pregnancy at work. 

To address this, we've creating training and resources that will help your managers to understand, recognise and meet parents' needs, including through complex situations like baby loss. 

There are many journeys to parenthood, some more difficult than others, and no two experiences will be the same. We'll empower your managers to provide the very best level of support, whatever the journey.

Time saving toolkits for HR and line managers 

Checklists, templates and guides including risk assessments and communications with your employees. Covers all aspects of the pregnancy and parenting journey, including supporting Dads & Partners, good communication through leave, and adoption and surrogacy.

If you are an employee of an organisation with less than 250 employees, you can anonymously sign your workplace up for free if they are eligible.

Please fill in the registration form with your details in the "Your Details" section of the form, and enter the name and email of the person you would like us to contact on your behalf in the "Contact Details" section further down.

The person you nominate will receive an email notifying them that an employee has registered your organisation for free access to Pregnancy and Parenting at Work, with details on how to access the training. We will get in touch with them with more infomration and to explain the support they now have access to. 

They will not be told who has nominated them.

Please note you will also receive an email with details on how to access the training. You can take the training straight away if you wish to.
