If you have checked that your project fulfills Tommy's remit, you can download an application form and guidance document here and submit them to us before the deadline.

Submit your proposal to Tommy's before the published deadline (Please note it is necessary for Tommy's to receive both the completed grant application form and grant agreement forms before any application can be processed.)

Please note
Your grant proposal will not be submitted to the Medical Advisory Group unless:
- it fulfils the research remit of Tommy's
- you have completed all the elements of the application process in full
- you have emailed your proposal and provided 15 paper copies
- you have submitted your proposal before the published deadline.
