I’ve set up my fundraising page for the wrong franchise, what do I do?
Don’t worry, just email us the link to your fundraising page and the name of the franchise your page should be set up for, and we’ll get it sorted for you
I used a sponsorship form to collect money, what’s the best way to get that to you?
Please pay in your donations online on the Jinglethon donation page then fold your sponsorship form up and pop it into the post for us so we can collect any Gift Aid.
If you don’t want to pay online, you can call Tommy’s on 020 7398 3481 and pay over the phone with a debit/credit card.
Alternatively, you can send us a cheque made payable to “Tommy’s”. Just pop it into your sponsorship form, fold it all up, seal it, and pop it in the post.

I fundraised both online and offline – how do I get all my money to match up to one total?
As long as you use the same details when setting up your fundraising page and sending in your offline money (eg if your name and email address are the same) then we will match it all up when it comes through here and ensure you are sent the relevant prize
I’ve fundraised online – how do I get the money to you?
If you’ve used an online fundraising page to raise money, it will come over to Tommy’s automatically. There is nothing further that you need to do. People often think you need to close the fundraising page for it to come over, but that’s not the case. Please just ensure all your donations are on your page by the fundraising deadline of 1st November 2019
Can I give my sponsorship money to my class teacher?
Please don’t! If everyone does that, they’ll be swamped and there is a risk you won't receive the correct prizes! Instead, please send your money directly in to Tommy’s
Where do you send prizes?
Certificates and prizes will be sent to the address that is registered to your Virgin Money Giving account (or the address on your sponsorship form). Therefore, please ensure that your address is up to date on VMG.
To change your personal details, sign in to your account and go to ‘My account’. Then choose ‘Account settings’ from the drop-down menu and select ‘Edit personal details’. Update your details and hit ‘Save’
When is the fundraising deadline?
1st November 2019
When will I receive my prizes?
You should receive your prizes by the beginning of December. This is because it takes us 2 weeks from the fundraising deadline to get all the donations onto the system. Then it can take us a further 3 weeks to pack up all the prizes and get them delivered.
What happens if I miss the fundraising deadline?
Please still send your money in to us! We will always try our best to send prizes as long as we have them
