Our favourite Insta-dads to follow

Happy Father’s Day! We’ve rounded up our favourite dads to follow on Instagram.

In celebration of Father’s Day, we’re putting the focus on the picture-taking, witty-caption-writing dads of Instagram. Here are our six favourites who make us laugh, ‘awh’ and swoon the most.

Matt @Papa_Pukka

What to expect:

The other half of @Mother_Pukka, Matt posts about life with Anna and 4-year-old Mae, while working on their #FlexAppeal campaign which supports flexible working hours for all parents. They’ve also just welcomed a new addition to the family, baby Eve. You can hear Matt and his mates on Anna’s tell-it-like-it-is parenting podcast, Dirty Mother Pukka.

Harry @JuddyMcfly

What to expect:

Muscles and a baby, what’s not to love!? Harry’s new Get Fit Get Happy workout means that his Instagram feed is evenly split between exercise posts and photos of baby Lola and wife Izzy. With a new baby due soon, it’s only going to get cuter. Follow and swoon, ladies.

Al @TheDadNetwork

What to expect:

Created by Al after experiencing a devastating miscarriage on his wedding day, The Dad Network is now one of the fastest growing communities of dads in the UK. Al’s personal Instagram account goes behind the scenes of life with his wife and son, and his TDN Live events.

Lee @DadDownload

What to expect:

Featuring some of the cutest pyjamas we’ve ever seen (that’s baby Ava’s pyjamas, not Lee’s), Dad Download is a stylish account of family life in Scotland. A self-confessed modern dad who’s ‘not afraid to slap stereotypes in the face,’ this #DadLife is certainly not style over substance.

Tom @TomFletcher

What to expect:

He’s down-to-earth and all about the little moments in everyday life. Expect baking, books (he’s a successful children’s author) and adventures with sons, Buzz and Buddy. There are regular appearances of Giovanna too, and pancakes. Lots of pancakes.
