Do you offer enhanced maternity and parternity pay and/or leave?
Does your company explicitly refer to pregnancy loss, including miscarriage, in your leave policies, or do you have a specific pregnancy loss policy?
Does your absence policy provide flexibility for leave owing to fertility treatment?   This leave is considered separately and not considered against the employee, for example for disciplinary or redundancy purposes.
