Hearing I was pregnant I was so full of joy

Wondering whether I'm going to be a mum to a girl or a little boy

Constantly thinking about what you were going to look like

If you would be girly and love dresses or love football and ride round on a bike

Going to the scan to see you for the first time

I was so excited and full of smiles

Only to be told there was no heartbeat, I could feel my heart dropping for miles

Feeling so sad and hurt

Wishing I could have held u in my arms I knew I could have made it work

That time I carried you I will cherish it forever
