Kiltwalk is Scotland’s largest mass participation walking event with over 120,000 people taking part since 2016.

The kind-hearted Kiltwalk community have taken big strides for charities close to their hearts and managed to raise £24.6 million to date. Sir Tom Hunter and The Hunter Foundation have topped this up with £12.5 million meaning a staggering collective £37 million has been raised and paid-out to 3,000 Scottish Charities.

The Kiltwalk fundraising model has been updated for 2023. Kiltwalk will ensure every single penny, every pound you raise goes directly to Tommy's, previously, Kiltwalk retained Gift Aid (same as Children In Need and Comic Relief) to help pay for Kiltwalk events. Now, instead of a top up, The Hunter Foundation will underwrite Kiltwalk’s costs, allowing Gift Aid to be released to Charities ensuring up to 125%* of what you raise goes to Tommy's.

We encourage you to set a fundraising target of £100 - this means Tommy's will receive £125!
