Porridge with fruit
You could sprinkle sliced fresh fruit or berries onto the porridge, add a handful of dried fruits or have a piece of fruit on the side.
Wholemeal toast or bagel
Have it with jam or Marmite, and add a glass of milk.
Make sure it's sugar-free and have it with milk and a banana or other fruit of your choice.
You can now have lightly cooked eggs so long as they are Red Lion standard. Try scrambled egg with grilled tomatoes and wholemeal bagel.
You can try any fresh or tinned-in-juice fruit and plain yoghurt with wholemeal toast on the side.

Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables are great in pregnancy. Whether fresh, frozen, tinned or dried, fruit and vegetables have lots of healthy vitamins and minerals. They are also a good source of fibre, which helps prevent constipation.

Hi, i m 4th week pregnant. This is my third time . In first two times delivery was normal but after that in both cases my placenta did came out completly . Doctir immidiatly gave me oxygen and i went to unconciousness. They removed piece of placenta. I m afraid . Plz give me some tips what ahould i do to avoid this types of complication.

Hi R.Hamad. There is nothing that you can do yourself to prevent this I am afraid. Your obstetric doctor can talk to you in this pregnancy about your risks of this happening again and how they can make a plan of care before you go into labour, delivery your baby and then how to get your placenta out safely. No, these natural sugars all all good as part of a balanced healthy diet. Unless you are very overweight, you shouldn't need to count calories in your pregnancy. Take good care of yourself x

Abdominal pain, at any gestation, should be reviewed by your GP and then in an early pregnancy unit if the GP has referred you.
Please get seen by a doctor as soon as possible please to put your mind at ease.

If you are having a lot of pain then I would advise for you to see your GP for review, hopefully it is just from the pregnancy implanting however it is better to be reviewed to make sure nothing else is going on.
