Based on extensive research, Tommy’s Pregnancy at work has been designed to arm organisations with the tools they need to provide the best level of support for pregnant employees and their managers. The scheme also provides a wealth of information, including how to best manage time and productivity, and how to ensure a smooth return to work after pregnancy.
|Membership is renewed on an annual basis. Fees are worked out based on:
|- the number of women aged between 16 and 45 in your organisation and;
|- the number of women on maternity leave in the last year.
