Welcome to the Tommy's Pregnancy
Accreditation Programme
members' area As your employer is a member of PAP you are entitled to a number of benefits. Pregnancy at work: the guidesWe have produced guides to a working pregnancy for both employees and managers. They are designed to guide you through your pregnancy, from telling your colleagues to planning for after the birth. Together, the guides work to ensure that you both have the information you need to successfully manage pregnancy at work. If you are a pregnant employee you should receive one of Tommy's guides when you notify your employer of your pregnancy. You will also receive an accompanying guide for your line manager. Legal basicsAs the legal situation around work and pregnancy changes regularly, we are providing this section online. Please see the link on the right for information on the legal basics for employees. This section includes information on maternity pay and leave. Online access to both guides Although you will be provided with hard copies of the guides, we have also made them available to download from this site. You can download the Employees' and Managers' guides by clicking on either of the links in the pink brackets to the right. Please note: the images have been removed from these guides for quicker download speed.
