Tips for a healthy lifestyle
Tip 1: Include low fat dairy products in your diet.
Tip 2: Aim to have five different colours of fruit and vegetables a day.
Tip 3: Take regular gentle exercise each day.
Tip 4: Eat carbohydrates such as bread, rice and pasta at each meal.
Tip 5: Avoid alcohol.
